This second appointment was quite disappointing. Both doctor and nurse were in a rush to finish working. The nurse was extremely rude questioning all the time the reason of my appointment when there was no emergency in my case. I really think the doctor is very professional but her nurse lacks customer service skills and basic common sense when talking to patients.

The doctor and the clinic is very good. They could perhaps improve their wait time. Took me 1.5 hrs to be done with the appt.
